National Championship League
Athletes registered with Regionville Water Polo Association clubs are eligible to compete at the National Championship League. Levels for competition are as follows:
| Level | Description |
| MLWP | Senior athletes at least 16 years of age |
| 19U |
Athletes between the ages of 16 and 19 |
| 16U |
Athletes between the ages of 15 - 16 |
| 14U |
Athletes between the ages of 13 - 14 |
| 12U |
Athletes between the ages of 11 - 12 are eligible to compete in the 14U category. |
