Regionville Water Polo Association operates 4 different leagues
| Level | Description |
| 18U | For athletes between the ages of 13 and 18 |
| 14U | For athletes between the ages of 10 and 14 |
| 12U | For athletes under the age of 12 |
| Community | Adult community league for athletes at least 16 years of age |
